Clinical Intake Care Coordinator

We're seeking a compassionate, organized Clinical Intake Care Coordinator to serve as the welcoming gateway to our services through intake assessment and care coordination. This person will provide ongoing support that helps our clients navigate their healing journey from day one.

Sista Afya Community Care is a growing nonprofit committed to providing affordable, culturally-centered mental wellness care for women and girls in the Chicagoland area. Through our Thrive in Therapy program, we’ve served hundreds of women navigating multiple barriers to mental health care with compassion, skill, and intention.

 

We are seeking an experienced dedicated Master's-level Social Worker or Counselor to join our team and provide advanced clinical care for clients.

 

Full-time and Part-time positions available.

Mental Health Internship

The She Heals Internship is an internship for Master’s in Social Work students, Master's in Counseling students, and emerging mental wellness professionals who have an interest in providing mental wellness services to Black women and girls.
