Jamica has extensive experience working with adults facing challenges such as homelessness, substance use, and mental illness. Her dedication to supporting individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma, combined with her passion for mental health advocacy, enables her to help clients navigate paths to recovery and stability while empowering them to achieve success both personally and within their communities.

Wrap-around clinical case management is a comprehensive support system that coordinates multiple services and resources to address the complex needs of low-income families, combining assistance in areas like housing, healthcare, education, and financial support through individualized service plans developed and monitored by dedicated case managers who work collaboratively with community partners to help families achieve stability and self-sufficiency.

For you to effectively engage in these services, you are expected to:

Actively participate in the initial assessment process and be honest about their needs and challenges.

Understand we are not magicians and cannot present solutions for your needs without your full participation, understanding, and effort.

Maintain regular communication with their case manager and attend scheduled meetings.

Work toward the goals outlined in their service plan by following through with referrals and recommended actions.
