About the event
This 6-week therapy group offers women a supportive and nurturing space to explore, express, and begin to heal from grief in all its forms. Whether your loss stems from death, divorce, illness, life transitions, or identity changes, this group aims to honor your unique experience of grief. Through guided activities, reflection, discussion, and mindfulness-based practices, we’ll create a compassionate community where healing and personal growth can take root. This group is for women ages 18 and older.
