Soft through the Seasons: Navigating the Holidays with Realistic Expectations, Choosing Yourself & Relationships

The holidays can bring joy and connection, but they can also bring pressure, complicated relationships, family expectations, and the feeling that you have to make everything perfect. Soft Through the Season is a supportive therapy group for women ready to experience the holidays with more realistic expectations while learning to choose themselves without guilt. Together, we’ll explore navigating family, friendships, and romantic relationships; setting healthy expectations and boundaries; communicating your needs; and recognizing when you’re giving more than you have to give. This group is about releasing the pressure to create the “perfect” holiday and making room for peace, authenticity, meaningful connection, and yourself.
