Join us for a day of healing where we will meet five herbal allies, learn about their physical and spiritual healing properties, and discover best practices for preparing tasty teas and beverages. Spiritual Community Herbalist Aya Inti will provide thoughtful introductions to Tulsi, Lemon Balm, St. John’s Wort, Lavender, and Chamomile. With all you’ll learn in this space, you’ll be able to make potent and delicious healing brews in no time!
We will also immerse ourselves in the healing energy of cupping, guided meditation, and sound healing led by Jasmine Traylor from Of Mother LLC, as we come together to nurture our well-being. Since rest is an act of resistance, let’s create a space of joy, connection, and healing.
