Reclaiming Our Crowns: Healing After Sexual and Domestic Violence

Reclaiming Our Crowns is designed for women survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence who are seeking connection, healing, and empowerment. In a supportive and nonjudgmental environment, participants are encouraged to share, reflect, and grow alongside other women who understand the impact of trauma. The group emphasizes restoring self-trust, reclaiming personal power, and developing tools for emotional regulation, self-compassion, and resilience. This group is for women ages 18 and older who reside in Illinois and are at least 6 months post a sexual assault or domestic violence relationship.

Cost: $150 for all 6 group sessions.
