Loving Me While Finding Me: Reclaiming Identity, Self-Love, and Healthier Relationships

 Loving Me While Finding Me is a therapeutic group for individuals who are learning to reconnect with themselves while healing how they show up in relationships. This space centers the journey of rediscovering identity beyond roles, expectations, and past experiences, while building a deeper, more compassionate relationship with self. Participants will explore how identity, self-worth, and lived experiences shape the way they love, communicate, and connect with others. Many come into this work having lost parts of themselves in relationships, overgiving, people-pleasing, or constantly prioritizing others’ needs. This group creates space to pause, reflect, and begin choosing self without guilt.

Participants will:

• Reconnect with their identity outside of roles, expectations, and past relationship patterns

• Build self-love rooted in self-awareness, acceptance, and compassion

• Identify and shift patterns such as overgiving, people-pleasing, and emotional avoidance

• Strengthen boundaries and learn to communicate needs clearly and confidently
