Liberation Through Leadership: Empowering Women to Lead

This workshop explores the multifaceted nature of leadership, particularly as demonstrated by Black women. Participants will explore key questions: What does it mean to be a leader? How can Black women hold powerful leadership roles in both their community and individual careers? We’ll unpack the different forms leadership can take and how women can cultivate their own paths while advancing collective liberation. Together, we’ll build confidence, challenge norms, and develop strategies for growth across various spheres of influence.
