About the event
Honoring What Was, Accepting What is, is a 4-Week group focused on grief and transition for women seeking a compassionate space to process loss in all its forms. Through guided discussion, psychoeducation, reflective exercises, creative expression, and community support, participants will explore how grief impacts emotional wellness, relationships, identity, self-worth, and daily functioning. This group acknowledges that grief does not have a timeline and that healing does not require minimizing your pain. Participants will be invited to honor their losses, make meaning of their experiences, reconnect with themselves, and discover ways to carry grief without carrying it alone.
This group is for women who are ready to:
Explore losses that have been minimized or overlooked
Process in a supportive community
Learn healthy coping and healing strategies
Reconnect with themselves beyond their pain
