Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) can affect anyone. Still, Black women often navigate it while juggling caregiving, career demands, and cultural expectations that leave little room to pause and ask, "How am I really doing?" This workshop creates space to do exactly that.

Together, we'll unpack the real signs and symptoms of SAD (many of which go unrecognized or get brushed off as "just being tired"), and explore how seasonal shifts show up in our mood, energy, and relationships. Through guided discussion, small-group sharing, and hands-on self-care exercises, you'll walk away with:
